311 is your go-to resource for all non-emergency services! It serves as a central line for all non-emergency Town services. Call 311 weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to have your questions answered and service requests tracked. A Citizen Advocate will answer your question or assist in connecting you directly to the best person who can help. This means that Cary citizens, visitors, and businesses don't have to spend time trying to find the right group or individual to get what they need.
